- Receive, log, and manage user requests.
- Consult with users via phone, email, or remote access.
- Identify the causes of technical issues and select appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex incidents to higher-level IT specialists, providing all gathered information.
- Prepare and configure employee workstations and IT equipment.
- Document completed tasks, faults, and their resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT specialists to ensure smooth system operations.
- Continuously deepen knowledge of the technologies, products, and IT solutions used within the company.
