Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create and adapt content for Heximus communication channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, website, newsletters, and event communication.
- Create visuals for social media, website, newsletters, banner ads, partner communication, events, and other marketing tools.
- Implement the content plan together with the marketing manager, aligning with defined strategy themes, service directions, and target audiences.
- Prepare short and longer texts: social media posts, website articles, newsletters, invitations, event reminders, follow-up emails, project descriptions, and partner communication texts.
- Communicate with technical experts, gather their insights, and transform them into clear, client-understandable content and visual communication.
- Ensure that communication is consistent, orderly, and aligns with Heximus' tone, visual direction, service logic, and overall marketing strategy.
- Assist in updating website content: service page texts, FAQs, CTAs, project descriptions, news, and other relevant information.
- Prepare and administer newsletter content and its visual presentation together with the marketing manager.
- Contribute to partner communication with HP, Dell, Microsoft, ESET, Lenovo, Poly, and other technology partners.
- Assist in preparing event communication: invitations, registration texts, visuals, reminders, social media posts, and post-event content utilization.
- Collect key content and communication results, prepare brief summaries, and discuss them with the marketing manager.
- Collaborate with Google Ads partners and other external specialists when texts, messages, visuals, or campaign materials need to be prepared.
- Ensure orderly administration of content files, visuals, deadlines, tasks, and published information.
